Cheval Breggins, is the new Communications and Public Relations Representative for the Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL).  He will be working with Mark Nixon who is the Director of Communications.

His previous experience includes employment with St. Vincent Catholic Charities, Capital Area United Way, Mason Area United Way and various other community boards.
