    Teen Advisory Group: Make your voice heard!  Teens are invited to attend our newest group to help plan library programs and services for teens.  Snacks provided.  Thursdays, February 3 & 17, 4:00 pm-5:00 pm
      Super Saturday: Valentine Origami: Learn the art of paper folding with Origami expert Tom Novak who will share some holiday origami ideas.  Saturday, February 5, 11:00 am-12:00 pm
    Straight Ahead Jazz: The Grammy-nominated jazz group will take you on a musical journey that explores the many facets of African-American life.   Saturday, February 5, 2:00 pm-3:00 pm
    African American Authors Reading Circle: Join us for a discussion of Karen White-Owens book Circles of Love. The author will also be a special guest for the discussion.   Tuesday, February 8, 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm

    Teen Poetry Group: Are you between the ages of 13 and 19?  Do you like to write or read poetry?  Join Karrie Waarala, Teen Services Librarian, who will have recently returned from the Individual World Poetry Slam for poems, ideas, and munchies.

     Financial Database Class: Learn to use two financial databases: Value Line and Standard & Poor's NetAdvantage!  These tools will help you research companies and industries, track stocks, bonds, and funds and even learn about investing basics!  Pre-registration required by calling 367-6356.
