News Spotlight: Home Invasion

On July 11, 2014 at 1:39 a.m., LPD officers responded to a residence on the 1600 block of Linval St. on report of a home invasion. The three occupants of the residence report that four males entered the residence and at least two had handguns (revolver and semi-automatic).


The subjects demanded money and assaulted a female (sustained minor injury, no medical treatment) while in the residence. The subjects stole electronic equipment before leaving the area in a dark colored sedan. The subjects had their faces covered during the robbery and are described as:


(1) 5’8”/muscular build, black male, mid 20s, wearing black shirt, gray pants and red bandana and Nike shoes

(2) 6’0”/6’3”thin build, black male, early 20s, wearing gray shirt, Nike shoes and had a shirt wrapped around his face

(3) Limited description, black male (4) Limited description, black male
