Sunday, August 9, 2015

A fun and easy summer treat!
Recipe Serves: 1
• 1/2 cup half-and-half
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups crushed ice
• 1/3 cup rock salt
Put half-and-half, sugar and vanilla in a re-sealable sandwich-size plastic bag. Make sure the bag is tightly sealed. Fill gallon-size re-sealable plastic bag with ice and rock salt, then put the smaller bag, containing the half-and-half, vanilla and sugar, inside the ice-filled bag.
Seal the large bag. Shake until ice cream is thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove small bag, unseal, and enjoy!
