Under the supervision of the Footprints Coordinator, the Youth Services Staff position is responsible for the direct care of the youth entrusted to Peckham Incorporated.  Youth Services Staff have the responsibility of providing a safe, caring, team environment.  Additionally, Youth Services Staff will participate in the development, implementation, and documentation of each adolescent's treatment plan, attend to personal, health, and behavioral needs of the adolescents and other duties including light housekeeping, assisting with homework, cooking, completing required paperwork, and participating with residents in their community activities and recreational activities.
